Since you listed Modest Mouse and Built To Spill, you could give other indie rock bands a shot if you haven't already. Start with Yo La Tengo, Pavement, Belle & Sebastian, Neutral Milk Hotel, and Beulah.

I'm going to have to third All Time Low. My friend told me to listen to their EP Put Up Or Shut Up and my first reaction to her was "this sounds like Fall Out Boy 5 years ago."

Of course I said that back then just to be an ass to her but ATL quickly became one of my favorites.

Shot Baker. Their song "The Point of No Return" is one of the best pop-punk songs I've heard in a long time.

I would recommend 1997, i have really enjoyed their album. People throw them in the pop punk but i think they are just talented kids.

Weezer? Taking Back Sunday? Saves the Day? I like your tastes. :P

You should give Say Anything a listen. If you like Weezer, TBS, and Saves the Day, you'll grow to love Say Anything. Just... try to avoid "Wow, I Can Get Sexual Too" as much as possible. xD

I would highly suggest checking out The High Speed Scene. They are just quality pop-rock and aren't really associated with the "scene" I.E. no screaming, no nasally vocals, no abundance of octave chords, just fun summertime pop music!

You should seriously consider checking them out here (http://www.thehighspeedscene.com) and here (http://www.myspace.com/thehighspeedscene)

Definitely check out Blinded Black. Their album "Under the Sunrise" has definitely got a pop punk/screamo feel to it and was produced by Mark McClusky (Hit the Lights, Norma Jean). They're on tour with the Hottness and will soon be on the Tour of Winter with Eyes Set to Kill. Great shows, great music, worth checking out.

a really amazing pp punk album is E. Von Dahl by The Matches. My favorite song is 'Sick Little Suicide.' I really love all of their albums though.
