A concept/storyline to an album or set of albums makes me think of ambition rather then pretentiousness but each to their own.

I don't like AVA though so storyline or not, this record won't have much effect on me.

I actually thought that the new "press release" or whatever Tom just put out was pretty cool. It seemed honest and reasonable, and lacked the batshit insanity that plagued everything else this man has said since mid-2005. I hope this continues and the dude comes back to his senses.

I don't mind giving AVA attention. I though the first album was ok. Its their fans I'm taking a shot at. The people who claim the band are gods and then talk shit about other (better?) bands just get on my nerves.
