I saw Catch 22, Boys Night Out, The Goodwill, and Worthless United at Valentine's in Albany, NY, on Oct 11.

The show, in general was awesome...judging by the amount of sweat soaked into my shirt after the show.

Here's the review:

Worthless United -- Put on a great show. I never had really heard much of there stuff before the show, but I was very impressed. The 2nd best band of the night.

The Goodwill -- Haha you knew they were emo even if you hadnt heard any of their stuff before....since the lead singer came out with a nice sweater and slacks on. Anyway, despite every song sounding the same, they still put on a good show. 3rd best.

Boys Night Out -- Sreaming and pop-punk riffs do not go togther. 4th best.

Catch 22 -- Easily the best band of the night. They played a very nice mix of old and new songs (new cd comes out nov 4th). I really loved the sound of their new songs. It was definitely different from Keasby Nights sound, but i really like it. Best band of the night.

Saw the tour on Sunday night (10/19) in Grand Rapids, MI at the Intersection. Totally kickass. Okay, enough early nineties slang. Boy's Night Out wasn't there b/c I guess they got stuck in Ohio or something, but a local band called Never Say Never (I reccommend highly: http://www.neversayneverland.com) opened up, then Worthless United, then The Eyeliners, then Catch-22.

I know I totally bashed the Eyeliners the other day in the general forum, but I have a new respect for them. Their guitarist is amazing. I would buy their CD just to listen to her guitaring.

Okay, I need some help. If anyone who posts on here actually went to this show, can you please throw out some song titles that C-22 played? I have to write a performance critique for my music appreciation class on the show, and I can only remember like three songs that they played. They will get 5 stars of course in my review, but I have to pick each song apart and identify open and closed cadences, form, phrases, a bunch of musical jargon that I don't even care about and ruins the songs. Oh well, if anyone can help, that would be great.
