Anyone heard of Funeral For A Friend? They are big in the U.K and have recently been asked to support Iron Maiden on their Dance of Death World Tour. Their new album 'Casually Dressed And Deep In Conversation' is awesome and has made big impression on the album charts in the UK. They have also recently been awarded "Hottest New Band on the Planet" and "Best Newcomer" by Kerrang. They have a EP coming out in the states called 'Seven Ways To Scream Your Name' and is released 21st October. Check out this link http://www.ferretstyle.com/7ways/

I saw F4AF on Tuesday night on their UK tour. They're pretty good but I don't think they are good as everybody thinks they are. Hondo Maclean and Further Seems Forever really impressed me though, it was a good all round show.

You went to the gig at the Roadmender, Northampton? I was there. Thought they were amazing! Hondo Maclean and Further Seems Forever were good too!

Funeral for a friend are so good live. I wnt to see em in august and it ranks as one of the best shows I have seen. The whole venue was a huge circle pit for practically the whole gig, it was awesome. Ive been a fan since 'between order and models' e.p.:D

I like a few of their songs, shame that they are constantly on Scuzz, Kerrang and MTV2 though.

Yer, 'Juneau' and 'She Drove Me To Daytime TV' are constantly played on MTV2 etc and it does get a bit repetitive.
