I’ve seen a thousand hearts break like glass; I’ve held grudge spent some time building back my heart, felt your touch in my dream like the wish, I wished you’d scream, thoughts scattered out like I’ve drowned through time, fate sent a choice in the place of my heart, right in the centre so its safe and tight.

there are some "wtf" moments like "i wish you'd scream" and "shake such peaceful thoughts"

and the use of the word "popular in {the speaker's} heart" makes it sound like a funny translation from another language, or a testiment from a schizophrenic, which might actually go with the "scream" theme.

but i mean these things are kind of charming.

i'm sure if you hammered out some things (not too much though, the amateurish charm is vital), a young lady might be wooed.
