Hey,
I thought you guys might be interested to know about a song that has been recorded on one of the soldiers that discovered Saddam Hussein, who now suffers from post-traumatic stress and is constantly being ignored by out government.
He’s Coming Undone is a song dedicated to a young soldier who came back from Iraq with debilitating Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, the name for the overwhelming human toll on the minds and souls of our brave young people who are fighting this war. The song is based on the true story of a young man who was part of the unit that discovered Saddam Hussein in his hiding hole; he came home a ‘hero’ but soon descended into serious emotional turmoil trying to make sense of his experience over there. I hope that the powerful lyrics and haunting melody of this song will touch people everywhere and give comfort to all the soldiers and their families who share this pain – to let them know that we all understand, appreciate their sacrifice, and wish them well.
