Saw this a few weeks ago. Probably the best show I've seen this year.

At the NM date (in no particular order):

Dirty Money:
"1-2-3-Fest!"
fuck, I can't remember the other songs they played

Sundowner:
"This Was Is Noise"
"Sea of Lights"
"My Boat-less Booze Cruise"
"Endless Miles"
"Steal Your Words"

The Falcon:
"The Angry Cry of The Angry Pie"
"The Lay-Z-Boy 500"
"The Routes We Wonder"
"Scratching Off The Fleas"
"The Unicorn Odyssey"

American Steel:
"Son of Avarice"
"Mean Streak"
and more but I'm too stupid to remember what they were

The Lawrence Arms:
"The Devil's Takin' Names"
"Great Lakes / Great Escapes"
"The Raw and Searing Flesh"
"The Disaster March"
"Alert The Audience!"
"Cut It Up"
"Brick Wall Views"
"I'll Take What's In The Box, Monty"
"15 Minutes (The Broadways cover)"
"Lose Your Illusion"
"Recovering The Opposable Thumb"
"100 Resolutions"
"Like A Record Player"
and a few others that I can't remember right now

The whole show rocked ass.

This was definitely one of the best shows I've been to in a while. It was awesome to finally be able to see American Steel, and the Larry Arms were drunkenly hilarious as usual. Brendan wore a kilt during the Falcon's set while the rest of the guys donned an assortment of wigs. Sundowner played a sweet set as well.

It seems like the Lawrence Arms have had a sudden surge in popularity in my area, which is by no means a bad thing. I don't remember there being nearly as many people in attendance the last time they played here.

I managed to grab American Steel's setlist but I don't have it with me at the moment. I'll fix it later, but here's what I remember from it:

Sons of Avarice
Loaded Gun
Dead and Gone
Every New Morning
Rotting
Shrapnel
There's a New Life
It's Too Bloody Anyways
Mean Streak
Love and Logic
Old Croy Road
Got a Backbeat
Optimist
Maria

The Lawrence Arms played a lot off of The Greatest Story Ever Told, which was bitchin'. Here's what I remember from their set (mostly out of order):

Lose Your Illusion 1
There's No Place Like A Stranger's Floor
The Devil's Takin' Names
Brickwall Views
On With The Show
Recovering the Opposable Thumb
Alert The Audience
The Disaster March
The Ramblin' Boys of Pleasure
The Raw And Searing Flesh
The Kitchen Floor (The Broadways)
Great Lakes/Great Escapes
15 Minutes (The Broadways)
Are You There Margaret?

Encore:
100 Resolutions
Broken Down (Slapstick)
Like A Record Player

Yeah, that looks kinda similar to what they played when I saw 'em. Great performance.

Holy shit. That's an awesome setlist. Fuck I wish I was there. They only played four songs off The Greatest Story and no Slapstick cover, just The Broadways. I think it was because there was four opening bands and there was a curfew? I really wanted to hear "Are You There, Margaret..." live. And yeah, Brendan wore a kilt during The Falcon's set. Haha. They were hilarious while talking in-between songs/explaining songs.

I wanted that Falcon shirt with Time flying crossed out, but they sold out of 'em fast. Too fast.

I think I got the very last one. The merch dude took it off the wall and gave it to me. GREAT SUCCESS!

Lucky punk!

Haha. Everyone in The Falcon went on stage wearing that shirt - awesome.

i went to the first night of the tour in chicago it was absolutely amazing. they played such a good set and the crowd was nuts. Dan did not play with the falcon though so that was bit of bummer, but still really good

Yeah, kind of a bummer Dan wasn't playing with The Falcon (and it would've been really cool if Chris played solo during Sundowner), but still it was all awesome.

I guess I'm the only one who likes that Sundowner had a full band...

I thought the electric guitar and bass/Neil doing backup vocals was amazing.

So sad.

The only two tours that were good to hit Pittsburgh this year were this tour and Defiance, Ohio.....on the same damn night.

It was still excellent. :-)

Wow. I wouldn't know which one to go to.
