I hadn't seen any setlists for this tour, so here goes...

Manchester Orchestra - 11/6/2007
Subterrenean - Chicago, IL

Blood In Your Mouth (Colour Revolt cover)
Wolves At Night
Now That You're Home
Alice And Interiors
Golden Ticket
I Can Barely Breathe
Colly Strings
Where Have You Been?
<Unknown>

It was a real solid set, probably 45 minutes or so. "Colly Strings" had a versed-intro leading into it and they added additional verses to the end of "Where Have You Been?" that I hadn't seen in the past. The band left the stage after "Where Have You Been?" but Andy Hull remained for one final song. I'm not sure what it was -- pretty sure it was neither a MO or Right Away... song, but I could be wrong -- it started with the line "Turn off all the hall lights, the party's over", a line that was repeated a handful of times throughout the song. If anyone knows what it was, I'd appreciate it.

Good show.

It was a sick show...I was so obsessed with the song, I googled the lyrics as soon as I got home and found it...it's a cover of Willie Nelson's, "The Party's Over"...here's a link to the youtube version...wish it was the Chicago show...but this one will hold me over for now.

It was pretty much Andy solo. The band was all on stage, but didn't have much of a role in that cover. For me, I was confused as hell because I recognized the song, but I didn't realize what it was for a bit.

Also, I don't think it was the Willie Nelson song. Andy ended with some line about waking up tomorrow and starting over, or something like that.

i didn't recognize the opening song that they played in Toronto.. I'm wondering if it was Blood in your Mouth, too..

Was it all solo, and really slowed down?

yeah it was definitely the willie nelson cover...he just made it his own. Check out his new concept album if you havent yet also...basically just imagine him on stage solo and thats the CD...really good stuff.

Yes and yes. I am thinking it probably was.

Fair enough points. I just remembered how it ended and didn't see it in the lyrics.

What concept album are you talking about? Right Away, Great Captain?

Yeah, exactly...Right Away, Great Captain...bought it at the show. Funny/Cool part about it is in the notes on the CD it says, "Thank you to my mom who gave me $250 to pay for this record." HA!

Yeah I picked up a copy at his solo tour with Kevin Devine and Owen a month back. He played some of his stuff then.

He played four or five new Manchester songs when I saw him on the KevDev/Owen tour. They were pretty much brilliant and beautiful.

I can't watch the video because it's blocked at work, but the song they opened with in Chicago on Tuesday night was definately a Color Revolt cover ("Blood In Your Mouth"). And based on another review I'd read about their sets, it seems like they have been playing the same set each night.
