according to the article, they overrode a veto the President made for water projects. These projects include rebuilding the levees and the entire area that was affected by Hurricane Katrina.

He's been a great president for sure. Cut him some slack, it isn't his fault he didn't know there were different types of muslims in the world and that they kinda didn't like each other.
