I've seen Thursday now 5 times and this was easily the best. I wish Thursday's set was a bit longer but reguardless, one of the best live bands around. Also, during "Ladies And Gentleman, My Brother The Failure" the guys from Portugal. The Man (who were also pretty good) came out and danced around with various maraca's, tamberines, salt shakers, etc and sang backup. Please go catch this tour if you are thinking about it. You wont be sorry.

That would be nice but I wont be greedy since they played "Iam The Killer" for us when they hadnt rehearsed it but wanted to give Chicago alil extra somethin. (they messed up the bridge in the middle, pretty funny.)

Also, when Geoff introduced "Ladies And Gentleman, My Brother The Failure", he pointed out that Tim from Cusive did guest vocals and Tucker started playing "Art is Hard" on the drum kit while Geoff spoke. Such a cocktease! I would love to hear Thursday cover Cursive.

This show was amazing. Geoff looked genuinely happy to be there, playing for us and sharing this experience. At one point I saw him looking at Tim (the bassist) and shooting him a huge grin, to which Tim smiled back. I just felt that they were absolutely loving every moment of it. And when Portugal. The Man's members came out during 'Ladies and Gentlemen', that was sweet.

The best part was when, during Jet Black New Year, the entire crowd counted down with their fingers with Geoff. Aahh, if only I could've saved that night in my pocket.
