This was posted on the THS mb from one of the THS roadies
"So every night I meet a few drunk dudes who are like 'YOU KNOW THE HOLD STEADY? TELL THEM THEY KICK ASS!" and I got bored and don't generally.
Last night this chap Aaron came up and told me that his band broke up two years ago. He's talking about how he hasn't picked up his guitar to write in years but listening to and watching THS makes him want to start again. They're a special band he says etc.
As I'm a nice guy I say "What was your band called?". He goes "Piebald."
So glad to know I'm not the only one who is in love.
