Last night was the last stop on the 3 month long tour known as the Sleeping with giants tour. The Riveria Theatre was sold out and Packed to the top. Nothing like a hometown show from the headliners.

Cobra Starship came on first..while not being my type of music, I rather enjoyed them. They were very energetic and definately got the crowd moving. Seemed like a lot of kids were there for them. Setlist is.
-The City is at War
-Send my love to the dance floor
-The Church of Hot Addiction
-??? song I'm not familiar with
-Bring it Snakes on a Plane (With william beckett)

Sherwood was up next. I could have sworn I read that they cancelled their remaning dates on this tour a few days ago but they did play. While I like sherwood, it seemed that absolutely nobody else really knew them or were into them at all. I was dissapointed with them. They were pretty boring. Setlist is.
-Never Ready To Leave
-Give Up
-??? they said it was an older song
-Middle of the Night
-Song in my head
-The Town that you live in
-For the longest time

The Rocket Summer was next. I love the rocket summer so in my opinion he cant play bad. haha so i'll just leave it at that. setlist was.
-Break it out
-Around the clock
-Do You Feel
-Brat Pack
-So Much Love
-So In This Hour...

I've never seen armor for sleep and for the majority of the time I've heard that they arent very good live but I thought differently. I thought they were one of the best shows of the night. Very energetic and you could tell Ben was having a blast. setlist was.
-Car Underwater
-Smile For The Camera
-Remember To Feel Real
-?? song I'm not familiar with.
-Awkward Last Words
-Hold The Door
-Truth about Heaven
-Williamsburg
-Stay on the Ground

The Academy is came out after a short while and the place went nuts. Since this was the last stop of the tour and in their hometown, I thought they would do something special or different but I'm pretty sure its still the exact setlist that has been posted but I'll post it anyways.
-Same Blood
-Attention
-Slow Down
-LAX to O Hare
-The Phrase That Pays
-Sleeping With Giants
-Black Mamba
-We've Got A Big Mess On Our Hands
-Bulls in Brooklyn
-Down and Out
-Seed
-Classifeids
-Skeptics and True Believers
-Everything We Had
-Neighbors
-Checkmarks
Encore----------------
-40 Steps
-Almost Here

also. the rocket summer, cobra starship, and sherwood all said they would be back on their own headlining tour.

Wow! I can not believe that the tour is over already. I remember when they announced it and it was HUGE with the bands and number of dates (wasn't it around 55 or something?). I went last weekend in Cleveland.

I agree with what you said about Armor For Sleep, they are awesome live. I'd say the song you didn't know was probably Hold The Door or Run Right Back In, both on the new album. And Cobra Starship wis also awesome. Dud AFS say anything about a next tour or anything?

no, they didnt say anything about they're next tour. They should be doing a headlining one sometime since they just had a new disc come out.

i went to 2 shows on this tour, and i really enjoyed armor for sleep both times. TAI's performance was absolutely great last night...they had so much energy and great stage presence. they really did finish off the tour with a bang.

Does anyone know when TAI would have another tour? I hope soon but they never said anything about it at my concert. I hope they come back soon, I was kinda sick and out of it last time they came by.

i don't like how every band played the same exact set for the entire tour.

it is so everyone can here the same songs, and nobody gets disappointed if a song is left out on their stop

That was funny and completely unexpected. Was it you that yelled for it or had the sign for it or what?

I was actually still on my knees trying to get up.
I got up in time to see them play it though.
What about when Gabe came into the pit and half the kids in the front fell down, you remember that?
It was cool to see if you were not down.

I was on the back of the floor so I was standing. Lol. I don't remember Gabe going in to the crowd/pit.

I was about five feet away from the stage, but soon moved to the wall, haha.
It was pretty cool though, security guards helped him up.
I can believe you don't remember.
