im likely to be getting an apartment with a gay dude. i am straight. im not worried so much about finding a suitable and affordable place than i am worried about what strange sensations i may wake up to in the middle of the night.

Hmm, when I got my apartment I went on Craigslist, found the 10 cheapest ones or so, visited about 3, and took one I liked. Didn't seem that complicated of a process.

yeah, basically you narrow down the area you want to live in or around, visit some places, and decide which one to move to

I don't even wanna think about looking for an apartment. Rent is too high in Jersey.

I got lucky finding a good one but my rent his fairly high for this location. My buddy has an apartment that's better than mine and cheaper but its like an hour away from my school so I say screw that.

haha i went the same route as your friend.. 15 minutes from campus isn't too bad though.. I just have to jump onto the interstate :D

Yeah, I'm trying to find a place near campus that won't cost me my first born for rent. It's hard since people don't know what they are doing until the semester ends.
