Downloading Persuasion

I need 3 reasons different reasons downloading is bad, can you guys help me out? thanks fellas.

I am no expert at all on this, so i really dont mean this to be like a debate one way or the other....so if im wrong, my bad, its jus stuff i thought of off the top of my head right now.


1. It is stealing, straight out.

2. Though record sales do not directly help a band (monetarily wise, since the record company gets most of it), it does help keep the band signed to the label...thus, allowing them to continue to record music and make money off of it.

3. It can spread viruses
