Since the legend is taking over another thread, I figured we needed a good Speilberg thread.

Talk about the legend. Favorite film. Least favorite. Whatever.

Favorite: A.I.
Least: The Lost World
Best Film: Schindler's List
Movie I Need To Watch: Amistad

I just looked and the only films of his I haven't seen are Amistad, Always, and The Sugarland Express.

And I'd like to watch Munich again sometime this week or next. Great, great film.

i can't say a bad thing about any speilberg movie, except for maybe The Terminal. my favorite is probably Back to the Future though, though Jaws and Catch Me if You Can are pretty close up there.

The Terminal is a good movie. I thought it was really funny and sweet.

He also didn't do Back to the Future. That was Robert Zemeckis.

And yeah, I kind of forgot about Catch Me If You Can. I love that movie as well. I should rank all of his films.

i didn't not like the terminal...i mean, i didn't think it was bad. i just really dislike catherine zeta jones. she annoys me. other than that, i think it was pretty good.

the thing i really like best about speilberg movies is that a lot of them have music from john williams. i'm pretty sure anyway.

I don't hate it. I just think it's average and my least favorite of Spielberg's movies that I've seen.

Nope, haven't seen any of the them. I heard Empire of the Sun is really good, but I heard Always isn't so great.

Yes, yes, and yes! Love these movies.

And I've needed to see Schindler's list for a good while now. Last year in English class, we watched two movies on the Holocaust; Life Is Beautiful and The Pianist. Even though I really liked both, I was hoping to watch Schindler's List.

Now that this thing has gone on for a while I'm going to be that guy and say that he's terribly overrated and most of his films are lauded as masterworks despite the fact that they are really just classics.

I know a lot of people who feel the same way but that's fine. I love his work.
