View Full Version : iTunes Store
Alright, so, i´m registering for an iTunes account and i noticed they want my credit card number and all that.
I was just curios if anyone knew of any hidden fees the iTunes store uses, like, one free month and then a 5 dollar fee after that or something of that sort.

Nope. It's all free until you purchase a song for however much they charge.
I love it.
iTunes is not a subscription-based service.

I meant the iTunes store
i just don't want to register and lose money when i'm not buying anything

You pay for what you buy and only that.

like everyone said, it's free. the only thing you pay for are the songs which are bought using the card you register.

When did they start forcing users to enter a credit card number? Back when I signed up, there was an option not to put one in and just use the gift cards.

I've always had to enter my CC number as well.
I registered over two years ago.

I never registered using an AOL account, but it was more than 2 years ago. Probably more like 3 or 4. Perhaps they didn't require one at that time.
