Does anyone get really bad nosebleeds? I just got over a really bad one that took about 15 minutes to stop. When ever the cold start blowing in the winter, my nasal passages dry up and the random bleeds occur. I've had this problem for years. And I don't do cocaine, so it's not a result of that.

I get them when its hot, but thats only once in a while. That would really suck dude. Can you get pills for it or somthing?

Keep hydrated, I always get them when i'm dehydrated.

wear a scarf to cover your nose when you go out.
that way the wind won't dry your nose.

yeah, when I had my really bad coke habit I used to get nosebleeds all the time. they subsided after I got clean though

Go to the doctor he can cut the vein or something in your nose with a laser (hard to translate and explain in my second language, but I bet the doctor know it) . That was what they sad to me when I ad really bad nosebleeds.

Its called getting it cauterized. The basically fry the shit out of the vessels in your nose. It sounds weird but it works. My friend for wrestling everytime someone touched his nose he would bleed. After losing three matches to a run-out of blood/clean up time he decided to get it done. It just looks kind of funny for a couple of days after that you are golden.

My uncle had his vessels cauterized when he was in high school because of wrestling as well. Some 50 years down the road, he hasn't had any issues with it. It's probably not a bad idea if the nosebleeds are severe.

I used to have really bad nosebleeds when I lived in Arizona and they would last 10-15 minutes also. Its beacause the air was so dry. I just had to deal with it there. But ever since I moved to Virginia (and the weather is more humid) I have not had any problems! Also I picked my nose when I was younger...that doesnt help. lol

I had this as well, pretty convinient when your nose bleeds for about an hour and your eye sight is starting to get blurry
