Use Winamp to output the files as uncompressed wave files (preferences/plugins/output/waveout output then do the settings).

Then use RazorLAME (http://www.dors.de/razorlame/index.php) to put them into mp3 format. You'll need a copy of the LAME encoder (http://lame.sourceforge.net/index.php) which isn't included in the package. Get both, then specify where the lame.exe file is in the options of RazorLAME. Change the settings to something you like, then encode.
