For no good reason, I stare at people a lot. Not to be mean or anything, but I do believe I have a staring problem. People probably think I'm crazy when they catch me looking at them. I know it's not polite, but I'm in class and I see a particular person. I just focus on that person until something snaps me out. Is it a big deal to you or do you also do it too?

I was involved in theatre for a long time and I often drew inspiration for characters from just staring at people. It's an exercise that I've never grown out of. It is odd but if you study the person to watch how they move, certain tics and things of that sort it can be interesting.

Yeah, I tend to have this problem also, especially when I'm bored. I don't look at people for any reason in particular, I guess I just like to know my suroundings, and that leads to me accidently staring at random people. The worst part is I don't realize when I'm doing it, until someone realizes I'm staring at them, and then they stare back.

yea, sometimes I catch myself starring, but typically I am not starring at people, but rather something in their direction, like a chip in the paint on the wall, or the carpet, or a brightly colored poster.... then they see me looking at this object 2 cm from their face and they assume that I am looking at them, so I try and exaggerate the fact that I am looking at an inanimate object next to them... then look away.... then my eyes start to stray back over to them bc I become self-conscious and am afraid that they are now staring at me... ugh... I hate bordem.

I have a staring problem too. You aren't alone. Don't worry. My girlfriend gets mad at me ALL THE TIME for it because she thinks I'm staring at cute girls, blah blah blah. I just blindly stare at people all the time, and then turn away and I usually couldn't even tell you what they looked like after I turn my head because I was just blankly staring.

When I scan across the room if i find someone looking at me I'll stare back till they look away. And I don't mean Just school or where ever, I do this everywhere. Airports, bus stations, lines, concerts, mall, where ever I am. But for me its just really something to entertain myself with because sometimes people caught on and will stare back.

Currently in my World History class I've been keeping score with this guy across the room Derek. So far its 24-5 me. Haha he sucks :P. I just enjoy acting immature too much.
