Absolutely the worst band ever. EVER.
They didn't deserve to share the stage with the Used, YC, SOTY, and the Chemistry. I went in the back of the Palladium, laid down on the dirty yet strangely comfortable floor, and fell asleep.

I heard from numerous people on this forum say that STUN is an absolutely phenominal band live, so I went and downloaded some of the stuff.

I thought it was absolutely terrible. Okay, maybe not that bad, but not impressive at all.

INCORRECT! S.T.U.N. is awesome. I'll admit, their album isn't "the best" but it's still very solid. And more importantly, their LIVE SHOW is THE BEST! I said THE BEST! they're awesome to see in person. And for me, THAT's the true measure of a good band. SO. There. STUN is fucking horrible. Period. And while the quality of a live show is very important, it isn't what defines a band. What defines a band is the ability to produce good music over a long period of time.

I've seen STUN live, and they fucking suck. I walked out and drank some water while they played their set. I'd piss all over that band if I could.

How is the Used generic, by the way? their music seems pretty original to me. and yellowcard is generic? what, because they right songs about girls? how many bands have a fucking violin player?

I dont think The Used sound like every other "nu-emo" band, in fact, I'd venture to say they have done their best to stray from that label... But, thats only my opinion...

PS.. STUN blows... I wouldnt say they are the WORST band ever, not at all, but they lack everything it takes to make a great band...

The used aren't exactly original, but neither are they generic. They sound different enough from the gamut to be interesting, but no utterly different as to be like Coheed or Symphony X or something.

But on STUN, they royally suck, both live and on cd

i have to disagree...I just saw them in concert, and they were HORRIBLE. He looks like he is on some MAJOR drugs..and every song sounds the same. Im not calling them the WORST band..but holy man...if Chevelle wasn't playing after them, I would have been out of there FAST

STUN isn't terrible. I give them props for at least TRYING to be original. I haven't seen them live yet...going in December to check them out at The Roxy with Vendetta Red. Hopefully they will be okay.

Yellowcard has a violin - that sets them apart from other bands. I don't know how much more "original" you can be without sounding like shit. No, they didn't invent punk, but neither did you, so get over yourself. Nobody died and made you God.

I gotta totally agree with Rennard on this one. Originallity is damn near impossible to come by these days, and usually when someone does do something original, it either rocks, or just sucks shit. I don't know who S.T.U.N. is, but that is like the shittiest band name ever, it sounds like some 80's glam rock band. But if anyone sucks as bad as you guys say, It's probably good I don't know about them. However, old school limp bizkit kicks ass, 3 dollar bill yall was one badass cd, I don't care what anyone says.
