man what a show.
Moneen was first to play. I was so surprised with their performance. They had so much energy when they played. The crowd got into, they got a pit started, it was a good set. I give them a thumbs up.
Taking Back Sunday came on next. I was stoked for them to play, I've never seen them live. The filled all of my expectations and then some. I, along with the whole crowd, was shouting every lyric they sung. When they first came on and played "You Know How I Do" every single person there was into their music and sung the first line, "So sick, So sick of being tired" after that most of the people knew the whole song, but i think they were AMAZING.
Saves The Day came on last. They were pretty good, not as much energy, but still decent. I think the only reason the headlined is because they have more songs. They had a good set, but I was expecting more, but I recomend this show to anyone who is having a hard time deciding time if they want to go. Its worth the 16 bucks.

saw std and tbs in orlando 11/3 @ HOB no sense in creating a new thread just for that but...
moneen was awesome, but the crowd didn' really get into it unfortunently. a small pit got started but died out after one song. i knew more than half the people were there to see TBS so as soon as moneen was through, ya, there was a huge rush of ppl trying to get closer to the stage. i stayed happily in the middle but got thrown way to the back corner once they started. adam was great and vinnie from brand new was with them... which was pretty awesome as well. ((*ever notice how at brand new and tbs shows they can't help but mention each other? at a brand new show once, instead of going straight into okay i believe you, they started with there's no 'i' in team and it ran into it perfectly.*)) but when tbs was through just about everybody in the pit left, which was fine w/ me cause STD was what the night was all about. i got about one row of people from the stage and was satisfied... seeing Chris made my week/month/ maybe even year! besides the fact that they played no songs from "can't slow down" it was amazing. they played an electric version of 'jessie and whetstone' and ended with ups and downs... so all was great!!!

I saw MOneen/STD/TBS in Boston in November...
Moneen -- as a bunch have said so far, had an amazing amount of energy. I have their new cd, which allowed me to know most of the meager 5 songs they played ~ however, most of the people there had never heard of the band even. so despite their energy, the crowd energy was minimal. I kinda felt bad for them, the singer goes friggin all out.. they put on a good show tho.
TBS -- They sound much better live in person, than they do live on TV -- that is for damn sure...all their older songs are awesome...But does anyone else think their newer stuff sounds like a few Name Taken songs at all?! I think its great! just wonderring if anyone agrees. Adam gets on my nerves sometimes...he's almost too emo to be bearable -- good show tho -- no complaints
STD --- they sounded a lot better than i thought. I saw them open for Blink and Green Day (i think) a few years ago, and they were decent enough. I was originally kind of surprised that STD was opening, but then i realized that they had about 4 times the amount of songs that TBS has and just came out with a CD -- so ya it makes sense -- But anyway ,i thought they played a few too many songs....thats coming from a not die hard STD fan tho -- they must have played like 15-17 songs -- was a crazy set....but it was good -- well worth the 18 dollars or whatever.

i saw Moneen/TBS/STD right before thanksgiving at roseland here in new york...to me Moneen was the best by far, but i have both their cd's and could get into it with the 7 other people who knew their stuff...they put on maybe the best show i've seen too bad they had such a short set...
