I am looking to start a band in massachusetts (north shore/newburyport area), anyone that is interested can email me ( benlaing@hotmail.com ) or post here or something. I play guitar, but am looking for anyone that can do one or more of the following, sing, play bass, play drums, play guitar, or write songs. I am looking to start slow, play covers or something until we get songs written so we can still play shows as soon as possible. my influences include, Blink, greenday, nfg, jew, std, beach boys, tbs, brand new, rancid, ramones, clash, anything from the 80's, the list can go on forever, but you get the picture. if you are intersted and live in the area, let me know, maybe we can start something up. my goal is to be playing shows by xmas vacation, so take that into account.
