New space RTS looks like a cross between Galactic Civilizations II and Starcraft. I'm going out to pick this up today after class.

It will. You can go to IGN to read the full article but basically the developers made the game so that at lower settings it could be played on almost any computer. It's sort of their rebellion against the PC gaming trend of game developers creating games to intentionally push the limits of current technology to make you buy new PCs. With a high end PC you will be able to play the game on it's highest settings and it's supposed to be gorgeous, but even with an older PC/video card, you can still play it and supposedly it still will look pretty good (and run very smoothly).

it has been eons since i bought a compy game, but i might snatch this one up
