I knew there was a reason I felt like Ben wasn't a completly bad guy.

Look at it this way........there is a reason why Sayid works with Ben now. Imagine that kind of change. Ben might have been the one telling the truth this entire time. Perhaps he's lied and manipulated certain events......but perhaps it was for the best.

1) When Kates gets ounder the bed real quick, and Sawyer comes in, its just like when his dad comes into his room and kills himself.
2) Daniel Faraday is my favorite freighter, I'm teliing you.
3) Ben must be internationally known..
4) The hint about miles that says "hes not really hear for ben" I think he's actually here for the drug smuggler plane

and finally

5) Everyone who said I was crazy about the 31 seconds thing..BLLEEEHHH!

I remember reading about the 31 seconds a while back. I assume its legit, especially if Damon or Carlton let it slip. (thats what happened, right?) Another source might have interpreted it wrongly.

In the way that it was cut, it seemed like much more time had elapsed... but thats just me. I'm sure we'll get the significance of it in due time, and I'm quite sure its significant.
