I just looked to see if there were any threads on Mr. Crowe and to my surprise there were not. I am anxiously awaiting his next film, but in the mean time... what are your favorite Crowe movies?
I'd have to go with Almost Famous, but Say Anything is also in my top 5.

I really love Almost Famous. I bought it for $9.99 at Best Buy over X-mas break. But I really enjoyed Elizabethtown as well.

Fast Times definitely counts. And as for the 9.99 Almost Famous... you really need to pick up the special edition one if they still make it, because it has some amazing bonus features.

I was looking for the SE because I saw it a loooong time ago but I didn't have the money at the time so I didn't get it. :-(

Almost Famous is by far his best.
Fast Times is a classic. In my opinion all his other movies kind of suck (yes, even Jerry Maguire).

Wow, surprising. I love Jerry Maguire. The only movie of his that I am not obsessed with is Vanilla Sky and I think that's because it isn't an original of his.

Vanilla Sky even though it was just a remake of the spanish film Open Your Eyes, it's still an amazing movie.
I don't count Fast Times because he didn't direct it.

I guess thats a nice way of saying the movie didn't appeal to you. Why dont you just tell me the rest of your favorite movies so I don't make the mistake of having an opinion?

Vanilla Sky followed closely by Say Anything.

I liked Vanilla Sky a lot as well. I like most of Cameron Crowe's movies. His Vinyl Films record label is pretty awesome as well.
