My top 5:
1. Garden State
2. Little Miss Sunshine
3. Man on Fire
4. The Bourne Trilogy
5. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind

I came in here just to say 'cue a ton of people saying Garden State omg'.
But the Eternal Sunshine one is incredible.
I'll say Requiem for a Dream (so effective) and song-wise, probably Pulp Fiction.

Atonement should win Best Score.
I know a lot of people on here think There Will Be Blood should win it, but I love Atonement's score.

It'll most likely win in my opinion, since TWBB isn't nominated.

Personal all time favorites, strictly movie scores, not just a compilation.
Atonement
Moulin Rouge
Last of the Mohicans
Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring
Road to Perdition
Out of Africa
Gladiator
Pretty much every Pixar movie (particularly Ratatouille and Finding Nemo - Giacchino and Thomas Newman for the win)
I Heart Huckabees
28 Days Later
Friday Night Lights
Truman Show
The Hudsucker Proxy
The Land Before Time (I DARE you to find a better theme)
For soundtracks that are mostly compilations, there is only one choice for me.
Rushmore
Love it!

I know, I added that bit as a joke. It's just a really awesome theme from an unexpected source.
