Don't like em. Too metal for me. I respect metal bands and what they are trying to do (scream as loud as they can, recite very scary lyrics, etc.) ... and they do a damn good job of it. I don't like it tho.

but you are also way off. mudvayne is nothing like that. you described the band totally wrong. chad's (the lead singer) voice is so beautiful. and he just has a way of writing lyrics. his lyrics arent really dark either. they are just like most of the punk/emo bands you guys listen to just with a more mature voice. thats really the only difference.

dig was a cool song the first time I heard it, then I bought the CD and it was the biggest waste of money in the world!

all the songs sound the same. they're terrible (although you have to admit the bassist has some mad skillz playing without picks, not much bass players play without picks). But they suck anyways
