Days Away- They seemed like an alright band, I hadn't really heard of any ot their stuff before. They rocked pretty well, but the crowd really didn't seem to take to them. They played a couple long melodic songs. They didn't seem to have very much energy.

Mae- I hadn't heard any of Mae's stuff before, but I heard a lot about them and I was looking forward to see them. The remind me a lot of The Get Up Kids, except they are a little harder. Only a few people knew them and were into their stuff, but they had a lot of energy and they sounded very good, I'm looking forward to hearing more from them.

RX Bandits- The RX Bandits played a very solid set, probably about 45 minutes. I was really dissapointed that the crowd wasn't into them because they played awesome. It was obvious that most of the people were here just for Something Corporate, which sucked, because RX Bandits really tore it up. They did the thing with 3 drummers and they played 'Infection,' which I was really excited to hear.

Something Corporate- I saw Something Corporate at HOB last time they were there, that show was awesome, it was the night they released "Leaving Through a Window." This show was not as good. They played some old stuff, but mostly new stuff, and I'm really not a big fan of "North" at all. It was good to hear Konstantine again, that song is awesome live, third time I've seen it. They did play both 'Drunk Girl' and 'Straw Dog,' but I wish they would have played 'If I Die.' They also played a really old song, 'Wait' which the drummer sang with them. That was cool. The finished with Hurricane. The crowd was really into them and they played good, the new CD just is missing something, and it shows when they play those songs live.
