Are there ANY punk Hanukkah songs? I'm serious, I'm Jewish and I'd like to hear just one holiday song that isn't for Christmas. I know some of the guys of New Found Glory are Jewish, which makes me really disappointed that they haven't written some kind of Hanukkah related song.

i'm jewish as well. "the brews" by NOFX is a good jewish song, but not hanukkah related.

YIDcore is a jewish australian punk band that does prayers and festive songs a la hardcore punk. search for them on the internet and on kazaa. it's good stuff, especially for us jews.

only jordan and steve are jewish. fat mike, joey ramone, joe (fall out boy) are jewish. i think the guitarist for acceptance (he had hebrew tattooed on his bicep when they opened up for FOB) is also jewish.

that's all i can think of for now. but seriously listen to YIDcore and then laugh about how its an esoteric (ie only jews get the jist) band and no one else really gets it.

That songs pretty good actually, reminds me of last Christmas when things were good for me, and it was played constantly on the radio and tv.

I like Christmas songs. Fairytale of New York and Stop the Calvery are my favourites though. Cant beat the punk christmas songs though love them too.

Thrice is one of my faves but I think Sense Field's "Happy Xmas (War Is Over)" just surpassed their version....so good. Lennon's still reigns supreme however.
