Radiohead are one of those special bands that refuse to make any two albums sound quite alike, sometimes with radical shifts of genre between a given two. (They're also one of those bands that frustrate genre nit-pickers, who eventually cast them resignedly into the catch-all group "Alternative".) Every Radiohead listener has a favorite album, so which one does it best for you? If you pick "Other", please specify which EP or non-studio LP you wish to cast your vote for.
(I secretly anticipate no votes for Pablo Honey or Amnesiac, but I'm biased.)

I know a couple people that prefer Amnesiac, but it don't think that anyone with ears can seriously believe that Pablo Honey is Radiohead's best work.

Oh! I was unaware. I should use the Search function more thoroughly from now on.
Also, OK Computer pwns all. Kid A is a close second for me. Amnesiac is a good album and has some awesome highlights, but it's really uneven. Also, I must again concur with you, Kyle, regarding Pablo Honey. Far and away their worst album.

Kid A by a longshot. Not even close, although OK Computer will take this rather handily.

Kid A, followed closely by OK Computer, followed closely by Amnesiac, followed closely by The Bends, followed closely by In Rainbows, followed closely by Hail to the Thief. And then there's Pablo Honey, which isn't even close to any of them.

Kid A is what made me love Radiohead. Pablo and Hail to the Theif were such huge disapointments

ok computer... but overall i'm not into this band as much as most people out there
For me:
OK Computer > Hail to the Thief > In Rainbows > The Bends > Kid A > Amnesiac > Pablo Honey
but I have only been listening to them for about a year and a half.

Kid A then Amnesiac. Ok Computer is incredible but is also extremely over-rated.
Ok Computer>Kid A>The Bends>In rainbows>Amnesiac>HTTT>Pablo Honey

incredible but extremely over rated? thats like an oxy-moron. and over-rated how? i think its the perfect blend of radioheads slower paced stuff and a little more upbeat stuff and deff their best album

i LOVED hail to the thief, through and through, so you are no longer lonely

It does indeed seem oxymoron, but I can think of one case where "incredible but over-rated" is quite possibly true: Dark Side of the Moon. Awesome, awesome album. And yet, somehow, over-rated.

I don't dislike HTTT, in fact, I rather enjoy it. However, I think it's a bit uneven and weird, and feels more like a collection of songs than an album, which is a strange feat for Radiohead given how solid most of their albums are. A lot of the songs are simply fantastic ("2+2=5", "Where I End And You Begin", et al), but some are just okay ("Scatterbrained") and some I could do reasonably well without. I will admit that every song has grown on me to where I like even the ones I initially couldn't stand ("We Suck Young Blood", "The Gloaming"), but even with so many great tracks, as an album experience, it still comes off almost... underwhelming.
Though I will never understand the hate that "Sail To The Moon" receives. That song is absolutely beautiful.

Ive just listened to HTTT so much now all the way through that every song on there i am just used to and can't say i hate any, i do agree however scatterbrained is one of the weaker tracks on the album. but yes i love sail to the moon and i dont understand how any radiohead fan can really not enjoy it, beautiful is a great word for it

Gotta go with Kid A. Amnesiac was amazing as well. Just keep in mind the Amnesiac was a cd of B-sides. OK is wonderful but overrated.

OK Computer was my choice. Does that make me a sell out, since it isn't their densest work? At the very least, I can't be considered a true fan, I suppose. Oh well, its not going to keep me up at night.
I love Thom's voice, and while I appreciate some of the other records, none of them can compare for mood and vocals to OK Computer.
Kid A is brilliant when you're stoned.

Kid A is their best work.
But Ok Computer is my favorite or theirs.
