If you have problems with the politics, thats cool, but you need to realize that this is one of the few countrys in the world where you can voice your opinion on that. Not to mention, America was the first. Where do you think that Canada and Australia got the ideas for their constitutions? Both countrys are sooo insignifigant, its not even funny. My opinion on the whole matter:

It's great we caught Saddam. I don't think anyone will argue with the fact that he has done some terrible things. Were we totally justified in going into Iraq in the first place? That is much more debatable.

I don't think I could ever bring myself to condemn a man, even as evil as Hussein, to death. Does he deserve the death penalty? Probably....all I'm saying is I'm glad I'm not the one to choose it.

While on that matter, I also feel that he should be tried in an Iraiqi court. This way 1) we start to give power back to those who should be in control of their own country and 2) we can finally see just how much they actually hate Saddam. We have been told it is the Iraqi's goal to have Saddam removed, now we can let them prove it.

you people can be pretty ignorant. i understand that my lif in america is better than the lives of others in 'lesser' countries, but that doesnt make us better. ive lived here all my life and im fed up with the way we deal with things. from tjhe very start, ewfounded this land by wiping out most of the native population then said 'it was in gods name' as if that meant somthing. then we abandodned out 'god' and forgot about them and siad we couldnt say his name until, god forbid, (hehehe no pu ninteneded) a tradjety occurs, 9-11 for example. then its okay to say 'God bless america' the way our contry has gotten, there are so many gods and religious personalitites i think its offensive to all of a sudden crawl back to what our country is supposedly founded on. its really founded on greed, just like anything else in our pathetic human existance.:eek:
