anyone see the "teaser" trailer on yahoo? well it isn't a teaser it's a full fuckin trailer my friends. it looks absolutely crazy. doctor octopus is making green goblin look like a sissy. omg i can't f-in wait for this movie. unfortuantely you don't see the two battle at all but you can see doctor octopus throw cars, scale walls and do other cool things with his arms. the trailer also gives you a quick look at harry's continued vendetta against spider-man (which includes a quick flash of him about to take a knife to spider-man who lays unconscious beneath him). this movie is going to blow away the first.

does toby maguire play Peter Parker in this one, or that other dude? I hope they keep Toby, I hate it when one actor replaces another in a series. Oh yea, and as long as kirsten dunst is in it, Ill be there.

yea they couldn't dream of making another spider-man without tobey and kirsten's in it but not lookin as good as in the first one.

It won't come close to the first one. The first one was as good as it gets for a real-life Spider-Man movie.

That way, you'll never hear me say "That movie sucked, but I liked it because that chick was in it." That would never happen unless there was a sex scene that included full on-screen penetration.

I heard something about Tobey Maguire being like fired after the first 2 weeks of shooting the film because he was really self-centered and stuff...and then they brought in that other guy, Jake Glydnowjopdiupeofiposjflwkepoit[prgio0ig. But Maguire got his job back because of some connection he had with the producer (I think it involed either his or his girlfriend's dad)

don't know where you heard that but ever since i saw the first one i have been keeping myself updated on the sequel and that is not true in any way. tobey mcguire and sam raime are really close and both are very passionate about the movie.

The trailer is awsome, I jut hope the movie isnt a letdown now that I've gotten my hopes up. Guess I'll have to wait until July to find out, but in the meantime i think The Punisher will keep me occupied. Im stoked on all these comic movies comming out....even if some of them suck coughDAREDEVILcoughTHEHULKcough

Punisher kinda looks like it's gonna suck ass for a Marvel movie but I still watch it.

If you look at the directors of comic films, most of them are fans. That's why Spiderman and Xmen kicked ass cuz the directors were fans of the comic books. The dude that made Daredevil didn't know shit about the comic that's why it sucked monkey balls.

And...

Spiderman 2 gonna kick. Dr. Oct owns.

Maguire got dropped because he had bad back problems and they didn't think he was going to be able to do the movie. Somehow he got his job back, you were right in a way but it was nothing to do with being self centered. Plus Spiderman is tobey maguire, i couldn't see anyone else playing him, he fits peter parker so well

Alright, awesome. Thanks for clearing it up. It was probably just a rumor I heard anyway. I agree, too, about Tobey Maguire fitting the role perfectly. It would be weird if he did play Peter Parker.

hmm the trailer looked okay. I never really really liked the first one. It was "ok", only cause I don't like Toby that much, but I love Kirsten so yeah, I'm gonna see this one too.
