My band is looking for a drummer!

This is all we ask:
What we want:
-someone between ages of 16-23
-have their own equipment
-someone positive... w/ music and life
-has to take music seriously and possibly have a career w/ it
-must live close and have a way of transportation
-must have expierence
-must be able to practice consistently
