The Early November's entire Acoustic EP
The Starting Line's entire Make Yourself At Home EP
most early Dashboard Confessional, (especially The Swiss Army Romance) pretty much everything prior to the latest album, which only has a couple acoustic tracks
and you should check out the Punk Goes Acoustic compilation, I haven't actually heard it, but it's got some awesome bands on it, and I've heard good things about it.

Glasseater's got an awesome acoustic song on the "Punk Goes Acoustic" compillation called "Alone in the World."
Every song The Starting Line plays acoustic is awesome to. :)
