flossing

Over winter break, since I've been home so much, I haven't been flossing my teeth. My question is, if you guys go too long without flossing, do your gums start to feel sore and tender? Cause I just brushed my teeth, and my gums started to feel all sore and tender, so I flossed and it felt really good. Then when I spit, I spit out blood. I guess I'll never go too long without flossing again.

Random as hell thread but yeah that's normal. If you don't floss for a few days your gums will get sore so that when you do get to flossing your gums will bleed.

I only floss if I'm going to the dentist ... and then I show up with my gums all puffy and red whereas the day before they looked normal and pink.

can you get in between your teeth? mouth wash is your next best bet. you can atleast do that.
