How can you say that?

They may not be your thing, but how can you in all honesty call them the worst band ever?

When I first heard them, I thought they were the weird shit, but I just kept at it, and they're only now starting to grow on me. They're still not really my style, but I think they make some beautiful music.

Worst band my ass. Haven't you ever heard of Outkast? or Slipknot?

Slipknot blows Steel Train away...not saying Im a Slipknot fan but Joey Jordison is an amazing drummer, most of the members suck because they do nothing but Id take a Slipknot CD before a Steel Train one anyday.....Rap isnt my thing at all but Id honestly listen to Outkast over Steel Train and most rap actually...Its not that they just arent my style, Im very open-minded I can listen to bands like them but theres nothing there Its not catchy, the lyrics are the same as everyone else, and its so generic its sickening....meh maybe not the worst ever but BY FAR the worst Drive-Thru band ever and BY FAR the worst band to come out this year.....

Just because you don't like that band, doesn't mean they're the worst ever.

Steel Train is good, they're just marketed to the wrong, dumbass crowd.

Slipknot does in fact, blow Steel Train away. Steel Train will never have the popularity among the genre they are in that Slipknot did/still does in the metal, whatever the hell you want to call them genre.

I dont think he meant it like that or at least I didnt intrepet it that way...i think he means Slipknot is respected in their respectable community whereas Steel Train isnt.....Good Charlotte is huge and popular but in no way are they popular in the "punk scene" overall

They're not punk music at all, and yet they are considered part of the punk scene simply because they're on Drive-Thru.

Listen to them again, they sound nothing like Dashboard. People hear an acoustic guitar and they think "ahhh! dashboard!!!" as if dashboard now has some kind of a monopoly over the acoustic guitar.
