What's favorite recent Oscar-winning biopic?

The Pianist! The Pianist! The Pianist!

absolutely astonishing movie. Brody's performance was perfection. This was easily best picture of the year. The fact that Chicago won was tragic.

This has been the hardest poll yet, but I went with The Last King of Scotland.

It was a hard choice between The Pianist and The Aviator, but when it came down to it, i had to choose The Pianist.

The Pianist is fantastic, but I haven't seen it since it came out. I need to find my copy.

The Pianist but I gotta admit the acting and photography of The Last King are so good.

A Beautiful Mind is sensational.

wow i'm surprised at how much walk the line is getting. It was a good movie, but i thought Aviator, Capote, The Queen & Le Vie en Rose were all easily better and they are getting nothing.

I'm going with Capote.

The Hours was probably the most depressing movie I've ever seen.
I loved The Aviator though.

The Last King of Scotland. Can't say much - if anything - was wrong with that film.

I voted for Ray by accident. I've never even seen Ray, haha. I wanted Walk the Line. I liked it.

I've seen The Pianist in a history class in high school and kinda liked it, but my vote goes to Walk the Line. Great movie, great actors, great musician.

The Pianist. A Beautiful Mind needs some more love though. For some reason, I just didn't love the Aviator as much as I was expecting to considering the director and cast.
