Mine:
People write about checkered pasts with violence in them. People obviously relate to music that describes them. So it is an effect from society's violence, but at the same time whiel most average kids listen to it 4 hours a day it is bound to have an impact on a kid's behavior just from the emotions that arise during the listening period.
