With the way internet is getting to be with all the get spyware protection websites that provide more hassle than support by opening your cd trays and lagging your computer and everything else... maybe you should stop with the e-cards... there's nothing like coming on the site late at night.. and getting forced to listen to rancid's shit street punk or jamison parker where their goal isn't making good music but trying to make the pussiest crybaby shit they can... because you have to hit close on it 8 times before it'll register... and then it still brings up that are you sure u want to close the window is busy shit that makes it last even longer... they both suck so fuck off with it.... or at least do something with cookies so that after u've had it pop up once it never will again... i'm sure we need to see or hear it 200 times before we get the point...

Especially when it's Rancid promoting Undestructible. Not saying it doesn't need advertising, considering the album isn't up to the standard of Rancid, but I hate the pop-ups, especially when it's bands I've known about forever.

that is dumb that they did that with jamisonparker... and it was up for like 3 months! i still love jamisonparker though, but i really dont like rancid and no damn e-card is going to change my mind

That's odd because they come on as soon as you access the site

i fucken hate the jamisonparker and rancid ones, make them stop! and the story of the year and cauterize e-cards were way better since you didnt have that friggen window pop up everytime you try to exit out

as much as we all hate it, tate has to pay for server bills. but i agree with some points, put a cookie in so it only plays like once a week or something. plus, can't there be a play button? so that like, you press it if you want to hear the music, because it is always interupting the current songs i have playing, and that pisses me off, making me not want to buy products from that artist w. the popup.

Yeah I have the same problem too when I go to the AbsolutePunk site it always ends up playing right when im in the middle of song....

yeah i like the idea about getting rid of the autoplay... at least that's a start... either way something has to be done like the way things are now makes me come to the site less often cuz of the hassle.. especially when it's like 5am and you forget that u might have left your speakers on earlier... amazing wakeup call for the rest of the people that live with you...
