ok guys...The most shittyest thing happened to me...i really dont know what to do...but let me tell you...
about a month ago my life was great because not to be conceded..but i was the most popular guy..i had lots of friends, i had a girlfriend who i loved, and my band was finally getting shows and we were having fun, the only thing wrong was that i failed my drivers test the first time..then one day after this basketball game i walked home my girlfriend because i thought it would be pretty cool to just walk for once and talk to her..and on the way home i walked past this lake/river thing that i used to ride ,my bike around...and these group of guys were sitting thier smoking weed, i thought nothing about it and kept going, but they literally just came up and pushed me around, they wouldnt let me go.. so i punched the "leader" i think, and the other kids started to beat me up...i mean they really were just beating the shit out of me.. i was so scared i just wanted them to stop..they did and i layed there hoping i could get up but i copuldnt, then they started pouring a liquid on me and i didnt get wat they were doing but i was so beat that i couldnt get up..then they ran away and i smelled the liqiud, it was gas...i started to get hott.. and it didnt take long before i was burning..fortunatelysomeone found me quikly and pushed me in the water.. after a month in the hospital i was back to health, i am normal, but i have no hair anywhere and i had 3rd depree burns everywhere, when i got to school, and everything went downhill...my girlfreind dumped me basically, a lot of people look at me like im a freak, people who i thought were my friends werent really, and my band, well they sorta didnt kick me out but i could tell they wanted me out...they got a new singer pretty quikly...
i cant believe how f*king shallow people can be... no one knows what this is like, i hate my life....this sounds fake i know but PLEASE give me some advice or something....please...if not thanks for listening...im me nfglory12987634

Wow, I really don't know what to say. This is hit me so hard. I can't believe your friends, and the people who thought were there for you just shunted you aside like that. I could never do that to one of my friends. I feel so unbelievably bad for you. It sounds like you've gone through some major shit, and I can only hope that things get better for you. I don't really know what to say, in terms of advice, but just whatever you do..be the same person you used to be before. Many people will think your some totally different person because of what happened, but if you keep being the great person you probably still are and were before these events happened, people will realize what they're missing out on. And if they don't, who needs them. They don't even deserve to be on this planet, when they did such things to you. Personally, I wouldn't even want them to accept me again after what they did, but all I can say is..if something like this happened to one of my personal friends, i'd be there for them every step of the way. I'm extremely sorry about everything you had to go through and I know how hard it must be for you, but just remember..you're not alone. I hope for the best in everything for you, and good luck. :)

society makes me want to vomit. Just keep working dude, I spent most of high school alone without much friends and stuff. I had one real good one, that was it. That was enough for me, but you gotta try and stick it through. If you can make it through life, working alone, as hard and depressing as that may be, it'll show a lot about your character. The shallowness of people ends in high school from what I hear, so maybe in college you can try getting a fresh new start. I wish you the best of luck, and though you may be alone, just remember that there's somebody out there who has it just as bad as you, if not worse.

Yeah, if they are that shallow to ditch you, they aren't good enough for you. I'm confident (and you should be too) that you will bounce back from all of this and your supposed "friends" will come crawling back...it's up to you whether you want to forgive them or not (I'd suggest No since they don't deserve it).

What I would suggest doing is just sitting back and reflecting for a while. I'm sure life seems like it sucks now, and I can't really blame you. Think of how lucky you were that someone at least was there to save you, give you another chance. Are there things you would've wished you had done in your life had you not been so lucky? Do them. Live life to the fullest, man. If you're ever feeling down, just think of all the good things you may have and forget about the negatives. I'm sure you have more true friends than you really think you do and I'm positive you'll start seeing them very soon.

I know I don't have much advice besides trying to stay positive, but I truly think this is the best way to go about anything. There is always a reason something like this happens and it's always for something good. I don't know what it is, and I doubt you do, but something good will come out of all this bad, I guarentee.

Ok, well, let me add something to my comment earlier in this thread:

If I were one of your friends, and this accident happened, I would still be as much of your friend as I was before, if not a better friend. You just gotta understand that the right people are out there, the ones who will really care about you. The hard part, is finding them. If you're trying to get back in with the same people who ditched you just because of an incident that affected something as small as your appearance, I think your making a big mistake. You have to find new people. Good people. The people who ditched you are no better than the people who did this to you in the first place.

And again, I'm really, unbelievably sorry for you and about what you had to go through. It makes me sick to know theres people out there that would do such a thing. I'm so sorry. Good luck with whatever happens. I'm here for you if you need to vent or anything though. :)

that is effed up for them to do that...even getting you kicked out of the band...just like dretti said, i also think that it would make your band seem more interesting with all the burns...if i was you i probably would take time and plan out their Death or Pain to come...but then again, you probably would get hurt whenever you did it...
