i wonder what the next album is gonna be about? hopefully its just as good as so long, astoria or better. even though alot of people disliked the album. i thought it was really good. cant wait for the new album.

the ataris were, and still are one of my fav bands. no other album will mean as much to me as blue skies did when it came out my soph year of HS. when astoria first came out i listened to it a lot, and then after they were played everywhere i looked during the summer i kinda left it alone for a while. just this week i picked it back up and i am reminded of how great it was, tho i have to skip boys of summer every time. but still an extremely solid and emotional record. looking forward to whats next

I thought So Long Astoria was one of the best CD's of the year. I like the theme of memories on it. Cant wait for the new one.

Wow, I am actually surprised by the 'positive' post's! I love The Ataris, and I love you guys for saying something good about a band that tottally deserves it. Fuck those kids that try to say The Ataris 'sold out,' what the hell is selling out? Yeah, thats what I thought. So, The Ataris are amazing and nuff' said. I love them.

We can only hope this album isnt So Long, Astoria Part 2, that album is just not even near what potential they have,

some mtv article awhile back said that the new Ataris album is going to be a little harder and edgier than anything they have ever done. should be interesting. and So Long Astoria kicks ass!! :D

I totally agree. Some people are bad with change, and then say that the group sucks even though they've been a fan for a long time. I thought so long astoria was a very good album lyricaly (sp) sure it was alot different then past albums...but that comes with growing up doesnt it?

yah I grew up on The ataris, although my music tastes have change a lot "blue skys..." means alot to me because it helped me through alot, i wasnt too big on so long astoria but i'll always respect them regardless...so mad props to them...
