I would like to introduce to you a new band out of Levittown, NY called Nightmare Of You. The band was created by former Movielife guitarist, Brandon Reilly, and they have three songs available for download at their brand new website (http://www.nightmareofyou.com). If you're expecting to hear anything similar to Mr. Reilly's former band, then you're in for a big surprise. I was absolutely in awe when I heard these songs. Check them out now (http://www.nightmareofyou.com).

alright i hate to be one of those kids, but this it to the person above me that said something about deja entendu. please just everybody stop talking about this band. its driving me insane. theres maybe 3 really good songs on that cd. and thats it. its not this masterpiece that everyone thinks. im sorry for bitching, but its driving me insane to see non stop posts on this website about how its some revolutionary cd. someone has to agree with me on this. alright sorry i just had to bitch about that. anyway, awesome awesome band weve got going here. was brandon the leader guitar player in the movielife? and i want to know some more about everyone else in this band. i really like this.

i hardly said it was groundbreaking or revolutionary or anything of the sort, i was just using it as another example of the long island sound maturing. if you don't notice the growth between the "deja entendu" and "your favorite weapon" you're just a moron.

Forgive me if I'm speaking too soon, but at first listen it actually sounds a lot like Brandon, so maybe it is him. I've only heard one song so far... not too bad. It could grow on me.

But I still miss The Movielife like fucking mad. :undecided

am i the only person who thought that that every movielife song pretty much sounded EXACTLY like the last one? sure, there was a little variance in there, but it was all the same formula, over and over and over. i don't miss them. i miss at the drive-in. you should be missing atdi. biatch.

shitty band name. shitty lyrics that rhyme. great music, tho. if they picked up someone to write lyrics who wasn't pretending to be john nolan pretending to be jesse lacey pretending to be morrissey or some completely cliche bullshit like that and found an original bit of lyricism i might go for it. yes, i'm referring to the lyrical genius of daryl palumbo. huzzah!
