i slept her best wishes off to bedroom blues
swept old postcards through cracks in the floorboard
she blew me a kiss but baby i'm bad news
it's press in my palm through the keyhole of your front door

yes, we're vicious
oh yes, we're like wishing wells
if she dropped me a dime, i'd drop her a line
so drown me in undignified dreams from wide eyed lies

don't blame us we're just to young
golden boys will be toys to silver tongues
i'm a fool but she's the one

of coarse applause, what a performance
talk trash from a messy mouth
i throw roses, she loves another
i throw roses, she loves another

if innocence just made progress
why am i still running this race?
i'm a certain lonely romance of adolescence
and it's time you admit your drawn to it

don't blame us we're just to young
golden boys will be toys to silver tongues
i'm a fool but she's the one

the kids kiss stone sheets with velvet lips
but we're not any better for it

we're weathered thieves raining rings
do you think could you bring yourself to marry me?

don't blame us we're just to young
golden boys will be toys to silver tongues
i'm a fool but she's the one

think i'll fix up a few lines, but pretty happy with this. :]

good flow, interesting angle on an emotional piece. though provoking too.

i don't much care for the second stanza, but i like your chorus.

I liked this, a lot. I got a really upbeat and sarcasticly melodramatic feel from it at the same time. I would love to hear it if you record any of yourstuff. It's not to its full potential, some of the verses? would you call them? could be beefed up a bit I think, but who knows what you have in store for this. I would love to see your final piece. Nice Job
