yea i saw that on there

I also like the "You Hear It First" piece they do on the news...
Apparently there is a band out there called Thrice... anyone hear of them before MTV?

ah i saw it. wasnt much to it, just a 5 min interview, the shins are also on it, the rest is crap

i havent seen the clip yet, but at the nyc knitting factory show a guy from mtv was videotaping so it's probably some footage from that night.

ya i saw them a few times back in the day. it was when Rufio used to open for them a lot. And not many people knew of rufio eiather.

yes..that's where/when the interview was shot.....it was a pretty rad interview i thought, even though it was only 5 mins.

It's hard for me to believe Straylight is already on mtv....agh.

It was a good interview tho, I enjoyed the comic relief on Sean's part, he's such a funny guy.

It's not that hard to believe that Straylight Run is already feature on MTV, just a few weeks ago they did a advanced warning on Taking Back Sunday. So it seem like the next thing to do since their breakup was so "scandalous."

For an average MTV viewer, it probably is You Hear It First.

they already showed it...that's why i submitted the news the day they showed it. And yes, they showed them playing live, but i don't think it was with a crowd, i think it was during rehearsal or something.

and don't worry, knowing MTV, they will re-run that episode prolly about 50 times this month. I checked MTV and MTV/2 if they're showing it again this week and they're not....but prolly next week.

I wasnt there, but I'm pretty sure they were performing infront of an audience at the knitting factory, because I was told that they even told the crowd that the performance was being taped by MTV. Who knows.

Wow...they did an Advance Warning on Taking Back Sunday recently? Hmmm...interesting. Yeah, they're definitely a new band...agh *shakes fist* darn you MTV.
