You should watch the movie Hard Candy. A scene from that would be the perfect setup.

Basically some girl straps a guy to a table, and puts ice on his crotch. She starts talking about how farm boys all across the US castrate their own cattle, so she figured it can't be that hard to do. Then she shaves him. Then she points out that she set up a camera with the AV out to a TV so he could watch. Then she castrates him and drops his testicles in some shot glasses and asks if he wants them. Then she drops them in the garbage disposal.

Anyway, he breaks free to find out that it was all just a joke and the video was of an actual surgery.

You should do that, but video tape him crying and pleading with you not to do it. Then give his friends copies.
