Now I might have a 'F' in that class since supposedly there are no more 'D's in the english department. So I might be fucked. But if I pass the IB test I won't give a shit. So yeah.

in my freshman year of history class i got an article offline and choped it up a bit on word so my teacher would have a hard time looking anything up on google, but i forgot to save the edited version and didnt double check before i printed my work, so i ended up printing the article just as it was written online. needless to say when papers came back a giant "F" was written on the word document i had printed and behind it my teacher stapled the article off of the website and referred to me as "plagiarizer" in front of the class for the rest of the year

well, my brother was pissed so he contacted the dean. getting an F because you were all together at the library? really? that's so stupid. the professor was forced to let all the students who recieved a F to redo the project and a paper over plagarizing for credit. so his grade got changed. he ended up making the dean's list after that too. lol

Actually it's way easier to plagerize in college, unless you go to a small school. When your class has 300+ students there is no way for the teacher to catch you. Unless..of course..what you plagerized is completely and utterly obvious. 99% of the assignments given in college are complete bullshit anyway. You get hired based on experience on internships, not on what you wrote about civil rights activisim in your 21st century history class.


EDIT: then again i've never plagerized an entire paper, maybe just random sentences off wikipedia but i still stick by what i said about 99% of the assignments being complete bullshit.
