i would have to disagree with you considering only about 25% of the people voting in this poll voted for McCain, which i think is higher than it would be if a more conservative republican were running. on the other hand, 75% percent voted for Obama, who has the most liberal voting record in the senate since he joined. i just dont see how you could call this site conservative

If you read in the New Testament it says that the traditions of the Old Testament went away when Christ died (Hence why we don't sacrifice animals on altars anymore because Jesus wsas the ultimate sacrifice). Don't just sit there and pick and choose what you want to read just to try and make it look like you know what you are talking about.Can you quote or reference your point? I agree with you. I know Leviticus and was just pointing out that it is incredibly easy to pick and choose what you want the Bible to say, if that makes sense.
Also - I really don't think this makes sense (not trying to be rude). If you read Leviticus, what it says is very specific. Anyway, what would be the point of making the Bible's meaning "incredibly east to pick and choose what you want it to say". Why would you follow and place all your faith in something that is misleading...on purpose?

I want Obama to win, but I don't think he will win enough southern states. He has a chance IF he can win over the more conservative democrats (the ones that supported Hilary). Unfortunately, he will lose some of the democrats to McCain. If Bob Barr chooses to run, McCain would lose votes to Barr, which would ultimately help Obama.
