I am fully aware of Fox News and how stupid they can be, but I don't see anything wrong with the segment. She may have said the words "terrorist fist jab" but the entire segment was about how politicians are using gestures that younger people can relate to. Obama gives his wife a pound, Bush chest bumps a US Marine and makes a muscle pose with another. I don't think they were implying that he was making a terrorist gesture, just that people will make more out of it than it needs to be.
