I would totally do this if the plans weren't so expensive. they need a myfavs thingy bad.

what's the minimum plan going to be, around $100 with unlimited access?

well, the current plan I would need is $99.99 or $119.99, which I just can't do. So if they get a little cheaper then we'll talk. AT&T really needs a myfavs type thing.

scott, the phone you have right now...is it a phone you have to pay a data charge for, or just a regular cell phone?

oh wtf. I just read that while the new iphone costs are lowering, they're increasing the plans so it actually ends up being more expensive over a 2 year plan. jobs is scum once again.

I paid $500 over the winter for an iphone and they now are dropping the price for the new iphone to $200. A lot of people who already bought the phone would be complaining.

They havent even released an Ipone in Canada yet which seems a little odd, this interests me a little bit for it but not enough to make me purchase one over a blackberry

Verizon has ESPN MVP included in its unlimited data plan and it's awesome. real time gamecasts and everything.

Nice. I just wish T-Mobile was better about this stuff because I lean on that MyFaves so heavily.q

All phone companies lose money on the hardware There isnt a phone out there in the world that actually makes money. Every cent is recouped and then made on the plans, downloads and software. Its just the nature of the business.

yeah, it kinda sucks. $30 for the 3g data plan now in comparison to $20 for edge.

I'm not even bothering with the new phone. If you live in a place with lots of wireless access points, you hardly use edge anyways.

fuck those people, its called life, deal with it.Yea but I can't see Apple not doing something to keep their customers happy. Last time they gave a rebate when the iphone price dropped. It would be hard to imagine they would drop the price without making money somewhere else.

apple is horrible to their customers, are you kidding me? jobs treats his customers like shit. holding back features for later launches, tacking on upgrade costs, releasing new versions of stuff every 2 months...all because he wants to give this illusion of innovation. i like some things apple does, but treating their customers well is not something jobs does.
