what is the likelihood i would get to see all of these?Since Rage, Radiohead, and Nine Inch Nails are the headliners, I'm sure they won't have them playing at the same time. The other ones, I'm not so sure about, but they're also pretty big so I doubt you'll have any problems seeing them.

Looking at these lineups, I'd pick Lollapalooza for absolute sure.

Virgin looks the weakest out of the 3

I don't know; I'm in northern NJ, so APW is the easiest for me, but the lineup is uninteresting to me except for radiohead and Kings of Leon. Virgin I would Plan to see Foo, NIN,STP, TBS, Black Keys, Wilco, Black Rebel, and some others. Lolla has clearly the most I would be interested in overall, and would be the best for me, but getting there will be most of the trouble

Lolla has Wilco and NIN too though. Go to Lolla. Even if it's a bitch to get out there, it'll be the most worth your time, and the trip is usually half the fun.

Have you seen Rage live before? Because if not I would go to this.

Yeah, I am heavily leaning towards Lolla at this point. I haven't ever seen any of the bands on my lists.
